We ensure that the products reach you after rigorous inspection. We have a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. However if there is any loss, breakage or defects caused during shipping the same can be informed to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will provide replacement of the product or refund your payment in case of its unavailability. However this refund will be processed only once we receive an unboxing video of the defected product. The buyer will have to return the shipment to our facility at their own expense. If the buyer fails to report damage/defect within 48 hours of receipt, the product shall not be returned/refunded for.
